Do not expose this product to any liquid. Do not immerse or wet this product in water. Do not use the product in rain or wet environment.

No.
Q: What if the DELTA 2 Max cannot be turned on?
1. Try to charge the device and then turn on the power. If charging fails, troubleshoot the problem as the power cannot be charged. 2. If there is no response after you short or long press (for 3 seconds) the main power button, contact the after-sales service team for help.
Q: What if the DELTA 2 Max cannot be charged?
1. The charging temperature is too high. If you use high power appliances for a long time, stop using the product until the temperature drops. 2. The charging temperature is too low. Place DELTA 2 Max in a warm environment. 3. Check whether the input meets the specifications. 4. Check whether a charging limit is set. 5. In case of charging failure, try to change the charging method or charging cable.
Q: What are recommendations for storage if the DELTA 2 Max is not used for a long time?
1. Store the product away from water, heat sources, and metal objects. 2. To extend the battery life, it is recommended to use or store the product at ambient temperature from 20°C to 30°C. 3. For long-term storage, charge and discharge the product once every 3 months (firstly discharge it to 0%, then fully charge the device, and then discharge it to 60% for long-term storage); products not charged and discharged for more than 6 months will not be covered by warranty. 4. For safety reasons, do not store this product at ambient temperature higher than 45°C or lower than –10°C for a long time. 5. If the product is critically low on power and left unused for a long time, it will enter sleep mode and will need to be recharged before you need to use it again.

It is not recommended to switch the frequency. If required, turn on the AC power supply, press and hold the AC output switch for 10 seconds to switch the frequency. (Do not switch the AC output frequency; otherwise, it may cause failure of some appliances.)

When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.

Q) How do I get the most solar power?
A) Increase the efficiency of your solar panel by facing it directly at the sun without any obstructions. Remember to be careful when handling your solar panel because damaged cells provide less power.
Q) Does it charge if it is inside?
A) Yes, if the only thing between it and the sun is transparent, but it won’t charge as well compared to being outside. You can compare the difference by looking at the input section of your power station’s LCD screen.
Q) Which type of cables can be used to connect solar panels to DELTA?
A) The cable that can be used to recharge your DELTA by solar panels is MC4 to XT60 cable, and this cable is included in the packaging of DELTA.

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers but if you decide you no longer want your item after it has shipped, you can request a full refund within 24 hrs after placing your order. If you request a cancellation after 24 hrs and before delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 2.9% for Shop Pay users) plus shipping for delivery and return. Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. Return service is only available for US orders. You must be in possession of the order items.
