The EcoFlow WAVE 2 is designed to be small and compact. In fact it is 20% smaller than the original EcoFlow air conditioner, while being 27% more powerful. The EcoFlow Wave is powerful enough to cool or heat a room or a small space such as a camper van or roof tent.

The left side of the EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner there is an AC power port, a solar/car charger port, and a port for plugging in the optional add-on battery.
EASY USE & NO DRAINAGE in AC MODE:
The WAVE 2 is made to use anywhere and anytime. It is ideal for RV's, trucks, small indoor spaces, garages, off-grid use and camping. When used In cooling mode, water can be released as vapor, no drainage needed. ( unless used in extremely high humidity situations) *While using heating mode, users need to drain water through a drainage hose.
FAST COOLING:
EcoFlow WAVE 2 can drop 18℉ from 86℉ for 10m³ in 5 mins with 5100 BTU in cooling. It can also raise 18℉ from 68℉ for 10m³ in 5 mins with 6100 BTU in heating. Wow! Now that's powerful!

Q) Does the EcoFlow Wave 2 have a built-in battery?
A) While Ecoflow Wave 2 does not have an internal battery, you can use its 1159Wh add-on battery, or use EcoFlow DELTA Max or the EcoFlow DELTA Pro as a DC power source. Alternatively, you can plug it in directly to a wall outlet.
Q) How many power supply methods does EcoFlow Wave 2 support?
A) EcoFlow Wave 2 can be powered by any of the following methods:
1. AC power supply such as a standard wall outlet
2. EcoFlow Wave 2’s add-on battery.
3. DELTA Max or DELTA Max Extra Battery
4. DELTA Pro or DELTA Pro Extra Battery
Q) How many charging ways does the EcoFlow Wave 2 battery pack support?
A) As long as you’re using a battery with EcoFlow Wave 2 (Add-on battery, DELTA Max, DELTA Max Extra Battery, DELTA Pro, DELTA Pro Extra Battery) three charging ways are available:
1. AC charging (500W charging rate).
2. Solar charging (200W charging rate).

A) No. To charge the add-on battery, it must be connected with EcoFlow Wave 2.

A) EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner can cool your tent, RV, or small to medium space in 8 minutes flat. That’s the fastest for its size.
Q) Extended runtimes?
A) Get 3hrs of cooling with the EcoFlow Wave 2 Portable Air Conditioner & Heater Add-On Battery. Extend to 8 hours with Eco Mode to keep you cool all night long by auto alternating between cooling and fan settings. Use the Add-On Battery, DELTA Max, or DELTA Pro for an extra runtime of up to 12 hours without plugging into an AC outlet. Plug into an AC outlet for cooling without a battery.
Q) Can other power stations or resources power to Wave 2 ?
A) Yes, as long as the AC output is over 820W can power Wave 2.
Q) How do I use Eco Mode?
A) Get up to 8 hours cooling with Eco Mode. Just open the app, and select “Eco Mode”, then you’ll be prompted to pick low, medium or high settings. Select which you need for a preview of how long your Wave will run for. Then, it will automatically adjust and switch between cooling and fan modes in intervals to keep you cool for extended periods.

Q) What should I take note of when maintaining and storing GLACIER?
A) Ensure that you drain and dry the ice container if you don't plan on using it for a while. 2.The dual temperature zone can be cleaned by wiping a soft cloth. 3.Ensure GLACIER is at a normal temperature before cleaning it. 4.Completely drain and return the drain pipe to its original position before transporting GLACIER.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business day ( most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@PortablePowerPlus.com
Cancellations:
We want you to be HAPPY! Please reach out prior to ordering so we can help you make a great purchase decision. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers but if you decide you no longer want your item after it has shipped, you can request a full refund within 24 hrs after placing your order. If you request a cancellation after 24 hrs and before delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 2.9% for Shop Pay users) plus shipping for delivery and return. Orders purchased greater than 30 days can not be cancelled.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. Return service is only available for US orders. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at 980-758-0075 or email support@PortablePowerPlus.com to register return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and directions for the return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee, delivery fee may be deducted from your return, and you may be responsible for shipping your return, based on individual manufacturer policies. Please reach out to us if you have questions prior to purchase.
When shipping your return

Please provide your invoice with the return. Write your unique RMA on your invoice as well as the return shipping label ( MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the package) You must ship within 5 days of receiving your RMA number
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@PortablePowerPlus.com along with detailed description.W e will work with the manufacturer to get a replacement sent as soon as possible. If you choose to not accept the replacement you will be responsible for the shipping both ways as well as the restocking fee of 25%. Please note we must be notified within 30 days otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.

After your return is received and processed, we will issue your refund within 14 business days, and you will be notified with an email once your order is refunded.
