DELTA Pro FAQ
A) Connect it with DELTA Max Extra Battery Cable and DELTA Pro to Smart Generator Adapter.
A) Yes, you can use the AC and DC outlets while recharging DELTA Max or DELTA Pro.
A) Smart Generator can recharge Delta Pro 1.2 times, or Delta Max 2.4 times.
A) 1. If charging from an AC outlet, check that the AC switch is turned on. The same goes for DC outlets. 2. If the AC or DC switch is turned on, and it still cannot charge, confirm whether the output power of DELTA Pro meets the rated charging power of the electrical appliance. 3. When the power from a DC source and car charger is less than 1 watt, the charging power won't display, but the actual device is charging, try charging another appliance with a larger wattage to see if the charging power displays. 4. When the screen displays an overload alarm, the charging power is too high. Shut down DELTA Pro and leave it to cool down for 30 minutes or try using a low-power device before charging again. If there is still an overload prompt, take a photo or video and contact support.eu@ecoflow.com 5. The AC switch will automatically turn off after 12 hours if the power of the electrical appliance is less than 10W.
A) Smart Generator (Dual Fuel) can be connected to any EcoFlow products with an extra battery port. But only DELTA Pro/DELTA Max/Power Kits enjoy DC fast charging and the fuel efficiency improvement.
A) Connect two DELTA Pros using an AC cable. One is the master, while the other is the slave unit. Before connecting them, ensure both DELTA Pros are fully charged.
A) Only 1 Smart Generator can connect to a DELTA Pro at one time.
A) It depends on the battery you choose to use: Wave add-on battery: 3 hours DELTA Max: 5-6 hours DELTA Pro: 12 hours

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business day ( most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellations:
We want you to be HAPPY! Please reach out prior to ordering so we can help you make a great purchase decision. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers but if you decide you no longer want your item after it has shipped, you can request a full refund within 24 hrs after placing your order. If you request a cancellation after 24 hrs and before delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 2.9% for Shop Pay users) plus shipping for delivery and return. Orders purchased greater than 30 days can not be cancelled.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. Return service is only available for US orders. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at 980-758-0075 or email support@PortablePowerPlus.com to register return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and directions for the return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee, delivery fee may be deducted from your return, and you may be responsible for shipping your return, based on individual manufacturer policies. Please reach out to us if you have questions prior to purchase.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@PortablePowerPlus.com along with detailed description.W e will work with the manufacturer to get a replacement sent as soon as possible. If you choose to not accept the replacement you will be responsible for the shipping both ways as well as the restocking fee of 25%. Please note we must be notified within 30 days otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
