A) Delta 2 only supports one extra battery extension, and the capacity of the extra battery is 1024Wh. It also supports the extra battery of DELTA Max, which can be expanded to 3040Wh at the maximum.

A) 1024Wh.
A) On a sunny day without clouds and direct sunlight, the power range of a 400W solar panel is between 320–350W (this data is obtained under the conditions of irradiance of 800–900W/m2 and the panel surface at 50°C (122°F)). The nominal data of the solar panel is obtained by testing under the conditions of AM1.5, meteorological conditions of 1000W/m2, and panel surface temperature of 25°C (77°F). A power close to the nominal value can usually be reached at midday on a sunny day in winter.
A) 1. The standard 400W solar panel supports up to 2 in series. 2. For non-standard solar panels with a wattage lower than 400W, the voltage and current can be used in series at 11-100V DC 10A. They can be connected in parallel or in series, but using solar panels with different wattages is not recommended.
A) Delta 2 can work with one 400W solar panel, or two 220W solar panels used in series, and the maximum solar charging power is 500W.
A) DELTA 2 Max has 2 solar/car charging input ports, with voltage range of 11-60V for each port, and maximum solar charging power 500W for each port. Each port can be connected to one 400W solar panel, or two 220W solar panels in series.
A) DELTA can be charged using any solar panels with the same solar connectors and within an input range of 400W 10-65V DC 10A.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business day ( most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellations:
We want you to be HAPPY! Please reach out prior to ordering so we can help you make a great purchase decision. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers but if you decide you no longer want your item after it has shipped, you can request a full refund within 24 hrs after placing your order. If you request a cancellation after 24 hrs and before delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 2.9% for Shop Pay users) plus shipping for delivery and return. Orders purchased greater than 30 days can not be cancelled.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. Return service is only available for US orders. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at 980-758-0075 or email support@PortablePowerPlus.com to register return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and directions for the return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA. You may be charged a 25% restocking fee, delivery fee may be deducted from your return, and you may be responsible for shipping your return, based on individual manufacturer policies. Please reach out to us if you have questions prior to purchase.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@PortablePowerPlus.com along with detailed description.W e will work with the manufacturer to get a replacement sent as soon as possible. If you choose to not accept the replacement you will be responsible for the shipping both ways as well as the restocking fee of 25%. Please note we must be notified within 30 days otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
