A) When a solar panel is actually being used, it is normal that the actual power does not reach the rated power. Below are factors that will cause the power to be lower than the rated power and how to fix them.
Q) The strength of the sunlight:
A) The strength of the sun's rays will cause the output power to fluctuate. While it may be relatively close to the tested conditions at noon on a clear day, it may be less in the morning or afternoon. Weather conditions will affect the light conditions, and hazy, cloudy, or rainy weather will cause the actual power to be much less than the rated power.
Q) How does the surface temperature effect the panel?
A) The surface temperature of the solar panel will affect the power performance of the solar panel. The lower the surface temperature, the better the power performance. For example, the power of the solar panel in the winter will be higher than in the summer, which is normal. In summer, solar panels are exposed to light at a temperature close to 60°C; even if the light is better, the power will be 13% lower than the rated power.
Q) How does the angle of the sun's rays effect performance?
A) In good lighting, the solar panel can be perpendicular to the sunlight for better performance. A 10-degree difference between the light and the 90-degree angle of the panel has little effect on the power.
Q) What may interfere with the 60W solar panel performance?
A) When the solar panel is in use, try not to have anything covering the surface, including shadows, foreign objects, glass interferences, and even dust.

A) Solar panels that are portable, foldable, and lightweight are the best kind for camping. Pair one with a portable power station and string up to 4 together for immediate power that is clean, green, and renewable.
Q) What should I do if my solar panel isn't charging my portable power station?
A) 1. Please note that solar panels must be placed outdoors. They cannot charge a power station if placed indoors without exposure to sunlight.
2. Check whether there is a connection issue and then try again.
3. Confirm whether the input voltage and amperage match the specification of the portable power station. Also, check whether the positive and negative terminals are connected in reverse.
4. Check the display for error prompts and resolve the issue accordingly.
5. Third-party cables longer than 3 meters should have a wiring harness with a diameter of 6.5 mm and a wire diameter of 4 mm², otherwise there will be no input power on the display screen.
6. If the solar panel still does not work properly after trying the above steps, connect the portable power station to a car outlet using the XT60 port. Contact after-sales for help and send a video of the steps you have carried out.

A) Charging power is affected by the strength and angle of the light. To increase output power, choose a time of day when the sunlight is strongest (hours around noon), and keep the solar panel positioned 90° to the sun. Try not to use the solar panel on cloudy days or in shaded areas.

A) When storing the solar panels, be careful to fold the solar panels and then put them in the bag with the junction box and wiring harness facing upward.

They have a waterproof rating of IP67 and are also resistant to dust and UV rays.
Q) EF 110W Solar Panels Output Power?
A) 1. The solar panel's output power is about 80% of the rated power in strong, vertical sunlight. For example, a 110W solar panel has an output power of around 90W.
2. In partially cloudy weather, approximately 20-30W.
3. 5-10W in cloudy weather.

When the current input power of the solar panel is very low, charging with solar power is not recommended. The standby power consumption may be higher than the input power, causing the battery voltage to leak and damage the battery.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business day ( most orders are sooner) from the date of your order. Cancellations:
We want you to be HAPPY! Please reach out prior to ordering so we can help you make a great purchase decision. We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers but if you decide you no longer want your item after it has shipped, you can request a full refund within 24 hrs after placing your order. If you request a cancellation after 24 hrs and before delivery, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, and 2.9% for Shop Pay users) plus shipping for delivery and return. Orders purchased greater than 30 days can not be cancelled.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being delivered. Return service is only available for US orders. You must be in possession of the order items. Please call us at 980-758-0075 or email support@PortablePowerPlus.com to register return and receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and directions for the return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA.
You may be charged a 25% restocking fee, delivery fee may be deducted from your return, and you may be responsible for shipping your return, based on individual manufacturer policies. Please reach out to us if you have questions prior to purchase.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@PortablePowerPlus.com along with detailed description.W e will work with the manufacturer to get a replacement sent as soon as possible. If you choose to not accept the replacement you will be responsible for the shipping both ways as well as the restocking fee of 25%. Please note we must be notified within 30 days otherwise you will have to go through the manufacturer’s warranty for replacement.
